About Hannah Lindup Photography
I'm Hannah, an amateur photographer based in York. I have always loved photography and am excited to be pursuing it professionally, selling my prints online and at art stalls.
As you can probably see from my photos, I'm a big lover of travel and have been lucky to visit much of Europe, and New York (it's awesome).
My favourite photographs to take are always the ones which leave it difficult to tell where the photo was taken; shots of strangers, shop fronts, and insignificant yet beautiful streets.
These shots are my favourite in black and white because it adds that depth to the unknown elements in the photo. The collection of black and white photographs on this website are a portfolio I have built of interesting people and places I've encountered.

Where to buy
I sell online through Etsy, the market for handmade items and independent makers. I also do art and craft stalls, in York and surrounding areas, where I have many prints for sale in a range of sizes, framed and unframed.
See the home page for details of upcoming events. Last year in September I was chosen to be fossgate SOCIAL's artist of the month where my work was up for sale in their cafebar in York. I'm always on the lookout to have more exhibitions like this in the future!

About me
I studied Criminology at Nottingham Trent University and now live in York, working in marketing and communications. As well as being a keen photographer, I have made jewellery for a number of years and sell this through Etsy: Lemon Pip Jewellery.
